4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
· Product must be unused.
· Product must remain in original packaging.
· Original tags, labels and certificates must be intact.
· Original invoice should be available.
· Product should not be damaged by the customer.
The Company reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds.

6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes inspection:

· Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.
